Today, we share an exciting story: that of Boēm & Sea and Atelier Marinette, two bold entrepreneurs who took on the challenge of creating a capsule collection in just 7 days.

Behind this project is a clear goal: to show that it is possible to bring creative ideas to life quickly and efficiently through local, personalized, high-quality textile printing.

A collaboration centered on creativity and local production

When Chloë of Boēm & Sea and Maureen of Atelier Marinette met at La République des Arts in Cannes, a brilliant idea was born: to combine their talents and create a unique capsule collection. Their challenge? Designing personalized accessories from illustrated, locally produced fabrics in just one week.

They chose to work with us, Tissus Print, to bring their project to life. Why? Because we are located in the Var, at the heart of the PACA region, just a few dozen kilometers from their workshop in Alpes-Maritimes (06). This choice reflects their commitment to local production and a reduced ecological footprint.

Step 1: Defining a strong concept

The first day of collaboration was dedicated to brainstorming. Quickly, the theme ASTRO WAVES emerged naturally. Inspired by the poetry of stars and astrological signs, they decided to create:

  • Soft cotton scarves.
  • Matching scrunchies and bracelets, designed in a zero-waste approach using fabric scraps.

Within a single day, their concept was defined and ready to be developed.

Step 2: Designing and choosing the fabric

To create a unique design, Chloë worked from a moodboard where each element evoked the cosmic universe: constellations, zodiac signs, and graphic touches inspired by their logos. Everything was hand-drawn to ensure full customization.

For the fabric, they chose our ultra-soft personalized cotton poplin in an elegant vanilla shade, perfect for a unisex collection. This fabric is ideal for sharp, precise printing, enhanced by our direct inkjet technology.

Step 3: Textile printing at the heart of the project

At Tissus Print, textile printing is our specialty. We carefully documented every step of the printing process on video so that Maureen and Chloë could share the behind-the-scenes with their community on Instagram.

 

By collaborating with us, they emphasized values close to our heart: print quality, local expertise, and an eco-responsible approach. Our printing technologies reproduce complex designs accurately while minimizing environmental impact.

Step 4: Manufacturing in their workshops

Once the printed fabrics were delivered to Maureen and Chloë’s workshops, sewing could begin. Each scarf, scrunchie, and bracelet was carefully cut, assembled, and hand-stitched in their workshops on the French Riviera.

This step transformed custom fabrics into unique accessories, staying true to their values: handmade, artisanal quality, and environmental responsibility.

Step 5: Launching a successful collection

On November 30, after 7 days of intensive work, the ASTRO WAVES collection was launched. Available at two local Christmas markets in the 06, it immediately delighted visitors. To discover it, visit their online store:
