Frequently asked questions

How to calculate the date of receipt of my order?

Add the preparation time (depending on your product type: J + 2 to J + 7) and the delivery time (J + 2 worked for France).

For example, a paced synthetic fabric command one Monday will be prepared within 4 working days, then delivered within 2 additional working days, an reception around the Friday of the following week (excluding holidays).

Can I change the delivery address after you get my order?

Any address modification must be requested as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order is delivered to the carrier, we are no longer able to intervene.

What if my parcel did not happen in the expected deadlines?

Start by checking your tracking link (received by email after shipping). Also remember to consult your spam, also called "spam", this message can be found there.

If the status has been blocked for more than 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) or if the delay is far exceeded, contact our customer service by indicating your order number and tracking number.

Why is my fabric shipped to roll?

For any tissue control greater than 10 meters, we systematically send a roll to avoid fold or damage during transport.

In this case, the relay point delivery will not be available, only home delivery is offered.

Can I recover my order directly to your warehouse?

Yes, the withdrawal on site (Click & Collect) is available for guests from the departments 83, 13 and 06.

The option is offered automatically in the basket only if you select, in the "Country" field, the mode of delivery "FRANCE 83-13-06" (and not "France").

If the option does not appear, it means that this mode has not been selected when you choose delivery address.

Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 8h to 12h15 and from 13:30 to 16:45, at 160 rue des Découvertes, Zac des Bouvets, 83390 cuers.

Are the deadlines guaranteed?

The timelines indicated are estimates in working days. They can be elongated during periods of high activity (parties, sales) or in case of carrier hazards.

We make every effort to respect these deadlines and inform you in case of exceptional delay.

Do you deliver outside the European Union?

Currently, we deliver to Metropolitan France, Corsica, in the majority of the countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

DOM / TOM and armed codes are not served. For any other destination, contact us directly.

Can I bring together multiple orders into one shipment?

We advise you to consolidate your purchases in one order to optimize delivery costs.

We are not able to merge several separate orders after their validation: each order is processed and shipped separately, and the shipping costs apply to each of them.

Whatever the selected shipping mode, a follow-up link is communicated to you when shipping your parcel in real time.
