1. Home delivery

Preparation time to about J+2 working days personalized DTF film.

Preparation time to about J+4 working days for personalized fabrics : synthetic materials.

Preparation time to about J+6 working days for personalized fabrics: natural materials.

Preparation time to approximately J+7 (excluding manufacture) working days custom products.

Delivery time to J+2 working days after shipment.

Your order is entrusted to La Poste or to a private carrier according to the packaging of your package.

2. Colissimo withdrawal point

Delivery time to J+2 worked after shipment.

You will receive an email and SMS when your parcel is available at your merchant.

In rare cases of an exceptional closure or saturation of a merchant, your order can be delivered to the merchant available closest to the one you have chosen. In this case, you will then be notified by SMS and email of the relay point in which your parcel was deposited.

3. Colissimo Pick-Up Point for Proximity Customers (Departments 83,13,06):

• Relay point delivery to TAX INCLUDED
• Make sure to select the country "France (dept 06,13,83) when placing an order.

To other destinations:

The preparation period is the same.

The delivery time will be higher depending on the country.

Exception : Any purchase of fabric greater than 10 meters is automatically shipped on roller so that the product is not damaged during transport. As a result of this packaging, you will not be offered the delivery method at the point of withdrawal.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible in order to track your parcel delivery online in real time. Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

4. On-site withdrawal

On-site recoveries are available only for customers registered in departments 83-13-06. If the option is offered to you when ordering, it means you are eligible. Otherwise, this option is not accessible. Click & collect is available at the following times: from 8am to 12.15pm and from 13.30pm to 15.45pm directly in our warehouse Tissus Print.
