Terms of delivery

What are the delivery methods, times and costs?

To France :

1. Home delivery

Preparation time of approximately D+4 working days.

Delivery takes 2 working days after dispatch.

Your order is entrusted to La Poste or a private carrier depending on the packaging of your parcel.

Preparation time D+4 working days.

Delivery within 2 working days after dispatch.

Your order is entrusted to La Poste or a private carrier depending on the packaging of your parcel.

3.00 incl. VAT (free of charge for orders over €29.90)

3. Colissimo collection point

Delivery within 2 working days after dispatch.

You will receive an email and SMS when your parcel is available at your retailer.

In rare cases where a retailer is closed or exceptionally full, your order may be delivered to the nearest available retailer to the one you have chosen. In this case, you will be notified by text message and email of the delivery address.

To other destinations:

The preparation time is identical.

The delivery time will be longer depending on the country.

Exception: All fabric purchases over 10 metres are automatically sent on a roll so that the product is not damaged during transport. As a result of this packaging, you will not be offered delivery to a collection point.

Whichever shipment method you choose, we will send you a tracking link as soon as possible so that you can follow the delivery of your parcel online in real time. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Which items are eligible for returns?

Customised fabrics and products are not eligible for returns.

According to article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, which stipulates that a custom-made product cannot be put back on sale after the customer's refusal, all orders for fabrics and customised kits cannot be returned.

Furthermore, any purchase of a skirt kit cannot be taken back.

These fabric orders result from a purchase on demand. Tissus Print does not hold stock and will not accept any returns on these items.

On the other hand, all other items are eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt of your parcel provided that the item ordered is faulty.

For this reason, we advise you to order your samples directly before placing your order for personalised fabric. In the case of the skirt kit, we invite you to make your request for a sample by email at: [email protected] so that we can send you a sample of the design printed on the requested fabric.

How do I return a product?
