DTF printing - Custom DTF transfers

Advice on preparing the pattern :

• The design should not be mirrored.
• Details and small print: Lines should be thicker than 5mm. Lines thinner than 5mm may not print correctly. Fine details will not adhere sufficiently during transfer.Number of images: You can add as many motifs/logos as you like to your metre of DTF film. It's up to you to create your own sheet of film.
• White: White is printed. Be careful to cut out your files if you don't want white.
• Transparency: transparency effects, drop shadows and gradients do not work with DTF transfer. Please delete them.
• Royalty-free files: It is forbidden to use, download or print, particularly for commercial purposes, content subject to copyright, belonging to companies or brands, being intellectual property and works of the mind.

File preparation recommendations :

• Retouching: No retouching will be carried out by our printing department; it will be printed as sent. Your file must therefore be finished.
• Resolution: The file must have a minimum resolution of 150 dpi (300 dpi recommended) for optimum print quality and a clean, sharp image.
• Format: The file must be sent in PNG, TIFF or PDF format, without background and with vectorised fonts.
• Colour mode: The colour mode must be "RGB colour".
• Colour profile: The file must have an embedded ICC colour profile*.

Important information :

*If there is no ICC colour profile on an RGB file, we will apply the "sRGB IEC61966-2.1" colour profile by default. On a CMYK file, we will apply a generic "Coated FOGRA39 (ISO 12647-2:2004)" colour profile by default. These are the most widely used RGB and CMYK colour profiles.
