This package is ideal for professionals, brand creators and individuals with regular needs in DTF textile printing. In addition to an advantageous price for a large volume, it allows easily control the cost per metre, helping you calculate your selling price and margin accurately.

Here are the simple steps to place your DTF movie order after purchasing your package:

1. Configure your prepaid card

   • Log in to your customer area by clicking on the man icon at the top right of the site.
   • Go to the tab "My Prepaid Cards".
   • Click on the button "Generate" right to activate your card.
   • Once configured, you can view the total amount available on your prepaid card.

Your balance can be consulted at any time in the tab of your customer space "My Discount vouchers"

1. Customize your DTF movie

   • See you on the page product "DTF transfer film" (for sale by linear meter).
   • Download your print files.
   • Fill in the fields of Film calculator by telling the dimensions of your files and the number of repetitions you want.
   • Add an annotation if necessary (e.g. specific size or margin instructions).
   • Add the desired quantity to the basket.
     
     

2. Finish your order

   • Once in your basket, the prepaid card will be automatically applied.
   • Validate the order to complete your purchase.

It's that simple! You can then track your balance and manage your orders directly from your customer space.

We accept the following formats: JPG/JPEG, PDF, TIFF/TIFF, and PNG, preferably with a transparent background for optimal rendering.

You can load multiple files to customize your impressions.

No, any command validated with a BAT or already printed cannot be cancelled or modified.

For information, orders placed after 2pm are usually printed the next morning. Make sure to check your files or request aBATbefore confirming your order.

• On-site DTF option:
  If you opt for on-site withdrawal, no delivery will be made. You will have to pick up your order during our opening hours. However, if you wish, you can choose home delivery or relay point. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged in addition.

• Option DTF package on home delivery or relay point:
  If you choose home delivery or relay point for your DTF package, delivery costs are already included. No extra charge will be added when you order DTF film on delivery.

• Access via your customer area:
  Your remaining balance is accessible at any time in your customer space, under the tab "My Discount vouchers".

• Link in confirmation email:
  If you have not configured your prepaid card immediately after payment, a direct link to access it will be sent to you by email.

• Prepaid card configuration:
  In any case, you can configure and track your prepaid card directly in your customer space, under the tab "My Prepaid Cards".

Beyond the 150 included meters, you can either order DTF film at the per-meter price or choose a package offer that better suits your needs.

The preparation time for the custom DTF film is about D+2 working days from the validation of your order.

If the downloaded file is not of good quality (resolution too low, non-transparent background, etc.), your file will be printed as is. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to order a BAT.

• Validity of the card:
  Your card is valid 1 year from the moment you generate it via your customer space.

• If the card is not set immediately:
  If you have ordered a prepaid card but have not configured it in your client space, the validity period only starts when you click on the button "Generate".

• Use and expiration:
  This means that you can use it at any time during Next 12 months to enjoy the associated services or benefits. Please check the validation date in your order information to plan its use before expiry.

Order aBAT to confirm the quality of your file before printing.

No, this package is only for theDTF printing.

Yes, theDTF printing allows printing in bright colors and high precision, without limit of colors.

We print in CMYK + White (B), which means that even the white color is printed.

If you do not want the white color to be included in your print, make sure to save your file with a transparent background in format PNG or TIFF for an optimal result.

Furthermore, transparency effects, shadows or gradients do not work with DTF transfer. Please take care to remove them.

If you have a problem with your order (printing error, quality failure, etc.), contact our customer service that will support your request.

By choosing the option "on-site recovery", you agree to come and remove your order during our opening hours.

If you cannot go there, it is always possible to choose the option Home delivery. In this case, the shipping costs will be added to your order.

The prices displayed are tax-free (HT). VAT will be added at the time of payment according to your tax status.
