DTF printing package - 300M

This package is ideal for professionals, brand designers and individuals with regular DTF textile printing requirements. As well as a low price for large volumes, it allows you to easily control the cost per metre, helping you to calculate your selling price and margin accurately.

Here are the simple steps for placing your DTF film order once you have purchased your package :

1. Configure your prepaid card

• Log in to your customer area by clicking on the little man icon at the top right of the site.

• Go to the "My Prepaid Cards" tab.

• Click on the "Generate" button on the right to activate your card.

• Once set up, you can check the total amount available on your prepaid card.

You can check your balance at any time in the "My Discount Vouchers" tab in your customer area.

     2. Personalise your DTF film

• Go to the "DTF transfer film" product page (sold by the linear metre).
• Upload your print files.
• Fill in the footage calculator with the dimensions of your files and the number of repeats you require.
• Add a note if necessary (for example, specific instructions on sizes or margins).
• Add the required quantity to the basket.

     3. Finalise your order

• Once in your basket, the prepaid card discount will be automatically applied.

• Confirm the order to finalise your purchase.

It's that easy! You can then track your balance and manage your orders directly from your customer area.

We accept the following formats: JPG/JPEG, PDF, TIFF/TIFF, and PNG, preferably with a transparent background for optimum rendering.

No, any order validated with a proof or already printed cannot be cancelled or modified.

For your information, orders placed after 2pm are generally printed the following morning. Be sure to check your files or request a RFP before confirming your order.

• DTF package pick-up option :
  If you choose to collect your order on site, no delivery will be made. You will need to collect your order during our opening hours. However, if you wish, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a relay point. In this case, delivery costs will be charged extra.

• DTF package home delivery or relay point option :
  If you choose home delivery or point relais for your DTF package, delivery costs are already included. No additional charges will be added to your DTF film delivery orders.

• Access via your customer area :
  You can access your remaining balance at any time in your customer area, under the "My Discount Vouchers" tab.

• Link in the confirmation email :
  If you did not set up your prepaid card immediately after payment, a direct link to access it will be sent to you by e-mail.

• Prepaid card configuration :
  In all cases, you can configure and track your prepaid card directly in your customer area, under the "My Prepaid Cards" tab.

You can always order additional prints outside the package, at the standard rate of €16.67/m (excl. VAT) or by choosing to order a new package tailored to your needs.

The preparation time for personalised DTF film is approximately 2 working days from the validation of your order.

If the downloaded file is not of good quality (resolution too low, non-transparent background, etc.), your file will be printed as is. If in doubt, don't hesitate to order a RFP.

• Card validity :
  Your card is valid for 1 year from the moment you generate it via your customer area.

• If the card is not configured immediately :
  If you have ordered a prepaid card but have not configured it in your customer area, the validity period only starts when you click on the "Generate" button.

• Use and expiry :
  This means that you can use it at any time during the following 12 months to take advantage of the associated services or benefits. Don't hesitate to check the validation date in your order information so that you can plan to use it before it expires.

Order a RFP to confirm the quality of your file before printing.

No, this package is only for DTF printing.

Yes, DTF printing allows you to print in vivid, high-precision colours, with no colour limit.

We print in CMYK + White (B), which means that even the colour white is printed.

If you don't want the colour white included in your print, be sure to save your file with a transparent background in PNG or TIFF format for best results.

Transparency effects, drop shadows and gradients do not work with DTF transfer. Please take care to remove them.

If you have a problem with your order (printing error, quality failure, etc.), please contact our customer service department, who will deal with your request.

By opting for the "collection on site" option, you undertake to collect your order during our opening hours.

If you are unable to collect your order from our premises, you can always choose the home delivery option. In this case, delivery charges will be added to your order.

Prices shown do not include VAT. VAT will be added at the time of payment depending on your tax status.
