8.1. General rules
The Customer has the following options for delivery: Delivery to Home, Pick-up on Place, Delivery to Proximity Trade and the Post Office. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated according to the total weight of the items ordered. By default, invoices are sent to the email address indicated by the Customer upon registration. No complaint from the Customer will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with the procedures set out below.
8.2. Characteristics of the Colissimo system Follow-up of La Poste
The Customer is delivered to his home by his factor within 96 working hours and signs a delivery slip acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of absence, the Customer or the recipient of the product ordered shall receive a notice of passing through his factor, allowing him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, within 15 days.
The Customer is required to check, in the presence of the postal or delivery agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In case of doubt as to the condition or contents of the package, the Customer must follow the Colissimo procedure, in particular by reporting the damage and refusing the goods while immediately issuing an anomaly to the La Poste agent. The Customer must also report these incidents to Tissus Print by email at [email protected]. The general conditions of the Colissimo Follow-up system of La Poste are available on the website www.colissimo.fr.

Any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by you; we have no control over these costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact the local customs service for more information. Please note that when placing an order on Tissus Print, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. If the Customer no longer wishes to receive these proposals, he or she may inform Tissus Print by mail or e-mail.
Tissus Print draws the attention of its clients to the fact that some elements may generate a different printed rendering than the submitted file. The composition of the selected fabric, the selected colorimetric mode, and the digital printing process used can influence the final result. Therefore, the colors displayed online are digital renderings and do not necessarily correspond to the actual printing colors. It is recommended to order a sample of the pattern before placing an important order.
The online provision of the Customer's credit card number and the final validation of the order will be proof of the Customer's agreement in accordance with the provisions of the law of 13 March 2000 and will be worth:
- the amount due for the purchase order,
- signature and express acceptance of all transactions performed.
In the event of fraudulent use of the credit card, the Customer is invited to contact his or her account content. Tissus Print disclaims any liability in the event of fraudulent use of the Customer's credit card, while committing to cooperate with the competent authorities in an investigation into possible fraud.
